Senior Hydrologist & Hydraulics Engineer,US

ARCADIS is currently searching for an experienced Senior Hydrologist/Hydraulics Engineer and Project Manager, with 15+ years’ experience, to join our Water Management - Heavy Civil team out of our Chattanooga, TN office.
Primary focus of responsibilities for this position will be as Senior Hydrologist/Hydraulics (H&H) Engineer and Project Manager on medium to large projects in size, approximately $500K - 1M+, projects focusing on dams, levees, and other hydraulic structures. Responsibilities include the production of H&H technical studies, reports, analyses, and designs. The applicant will expect to work as part of a multi-disciplined team. Supervisor responsibilities include serving as mentor and quality control for junior engineers and technicians. Management responsibilities would include assisting with new client development and maintenance/development of current clients, developing project scopes and budgets, supervising and developing staff, developing project plans and schedules, maintaining project controls, and coordinating invoicing activities. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a successful history of applicable technical experience and the simultaneous management of multiple large projects.
