Geohydrologist/Ground Water Modeler - La Verne, CA
Description: GEOSCIENCE Support Services, Inc. is an established ground water consulting firm based in Southern California. We are looking for a full time Geohydrologist/Modeler for our office located in La Verne, California.
Duties: Perform ground water modeling using MODFLOW and MT3D. Capable of reviewing geohydrologic reports as well as perform water balances and geohydrologic characterizations of ground water basins. The successful candidate will be able to handle project management, interface with both senior level managers as well as clients. This is primarily a modeling position with project management experience required. As such excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of increasingly responsible related experience, and must hold a Masters or PhD in hydrology, geology, or related field. 
Must have analytical and computer skills 
Must have experience running MODFLOW and MT3D models

Ability to work independently and write technical reports
