Hyoseop Woo, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, Korea
Personally as one of his young colleagues and officially as the chair of IAHR-APD, I express my heartfelt condolence to late Prof. Tae Hoon Yoon and his survived family. He was always mild and gentle with inner fashion on hydro science and engineering. It appears that he might have been a little less recognized in IAHR than he had contributed to the hydraulic community in the world.
